Terms of Service
Draft — pending counsel review · 2026
These terms govern your use of the HYPER assistant and the Hyper Logistics LLC platform. Using the service means you accept them.
What the service is
HYPER is a decision-support tool for motor carriers. It evaluates loads, fuel stops, maintenance intervals, compliance deadlines, insurance coverage and freight rates, and returns an answer with the data it relied on.
What the service is not
It is not your electronic logging device, and it does not create or amend a record of duty status. It is not legal, insurance, tax or accounting advice. It is not a broker and it does not book freight on your behalf. Your ELD record, your insurance policy, your accountant and the governing regulation are the authority — not an answer from this assistant.
You remain responsible for every operating decision you make, including compliance with Hours-of-Service and all other FMCSA, DOT and state requirements.
Accuracy
Answers depend on third-party data — rate feeds, fuel prices, regulatory records and your own connected systems — which can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Estimates are labelled as estimates. Verify anything that carries a safety, financial or compliance consequence before you act on it.
Your account
- Give us accurate information about your operation, and keep it current.
- Keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Don't scrape the service, resell answers, or use it to build a competing product.
- Don't use it to plan or conceal a violation of transportation regulation.
Subscription and billing
$5.99 per active truck per month, or $59.99 per active truck per year, billed in advance and renewing automatically. Adding or removing a truck mid-cycle is prorated. Cancel any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and there is no early-termination fee. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability
We aim to keep the service up but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party data sources, model providers and integrations can go down independently of us, and features can change as the product develops.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Hyper Logistics LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost loads, lost revenue, fines, or cargo claims — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules.
